Building and Maintaining a High CX Mindset Workforce

Retail and service organizations must go beyond simply having friendly and courteous customer-facing employees and provide customers with an overall positive experience. That includes ease, inventory, assistance, and convenience. Service will continue to be a key differentiator, especially during the current COVID-19 pandemic.
