FifthTheory’s Test Mastery Inclusion™ (TMI) Corporate Sponsorship Program is a groundbreaking program to help high-stakes test-taking employees become aware of and develop the mindset required to master high stakes exams they may encounter during their lifelong career education journey. This program can play an important role in your Corporate DEI strategy by providing all employees access to this development program. The TMI program helps to address concerns of equity for underserved populations by helping all employees who take high-stakes tests improve their test mastery mindset. 

• Reducing anxieties and improving preparation strategies of underserved communities can build more equity in test performance and results. 

• Disadvantaged students on average, including minorities, have lower passing rates on many high-stakes exams than more advantaged students who typically have access to higher quality test preparation services and educational opportunities. 

• Chipping away at inequities in the test-taking process is an important goal of FifthTheory and the TMI program. 

FifthTheory’s Test Mastery Inclusion Sponsorship Program consists of four parts, illustrated below. The TestPrep Profile is a brief, online assessment of a test taker’s test mastery mindset. Test takers are emailed a feedback report with their test mastery scores and interpretations. Access to a Self-Coaching Guide and webinar (Summer, 2022) will help test taking employees understand their test mastery competencies and select development actions. Test Mastery Inclusion is a valid, reliable, and impactful program that meets APA and professional standards.
