The LOQ™ assesses two core dimensions of effective supervision and management—Consideration and Structure—that together define how leaders balance people-centered engagement with results-oriented direction.
- Consideration measures the leader’s ability to build trust, maintain open communication, and show respect for the ideas and needs of others.
- Structure measures the degree to which a leader organizes, directs, and evaluates work to achieve performance goals.
